Since 2003 a part of my contribution to the community has been to serve as an organizational development consultant under the auspices of Asian Improv aRts (AIR) for small to medium sized non-profit organizations who focus on arts, culture and heritage activities. Bio

Francis Wong has been an arts professional for over 20 years. He has filled senior management roles for organizations as diverse as Asian Improv aRts, Kulintang Arts, Oakland Asian Cultural Center, Justice Matters Institute and Community Educational Services and has been recognized for his leadership achievements by the Rockefeller Foundation Next Generation Leaders Program, the Union Bank/KQED Local Hero Awards and the SF Bay Guardian Outstanding Local Discovery Awards. A graduate of Stanford University in Economics, he is also a Senior Research Fellow for the Wildflowers Institute and has served as a lecturer in American Studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz and in the Music Department at San Francisco State University.
